We are currently looking for an experienced Visual Designer to join our team. We see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We're looking for a talented visual designer to transform concepts into compelling visuals that drive engagement, boost performance, and support key marketing initiatives. You'll possess a keen eye for translating marketing goals into impactful visuals across a range of formats (e.g., digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and app store visuals). Highly proficient in the design process, from conceptualization and ideation to crafting polished, production-ready assets, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with marketing, product, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.

You will be part of a Marketing Creative team elevating the visual appeal and performance of our marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will encompass delivering top-tier visuals for creative assets, emails, storefronts, and landing pages.

Tasks will include 

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

  • Conceptualize, present, and produce visually stunning and effective creative assets.

  • Reimagine existing assets, ensuring they align with the brand.

  • Develop a bank of modular templates for other teams to use.

  • Be the guardian of best practices, educate the team, and stay on top of new trends and guidelines.

  • Design and develop creatives for a mix of lifecycle autoflows and newsletter campaigns.

  • Create new tone and style ideas for seasonal events and campaigns.


  • Five or more years of experience in graphic design, particularly in creating web creatives.

  • A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of styles and techniques.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills with attention to detail.

  • Keen sense of typography & branding.

  • Good knowledge of UI/UX design.

  • Experience with AI tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • B1 or higher English
