  • Deliver end-to-end product experience across diverse teams.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders and the product team.
  • Turn insights into prototypes to facilitate feedback from users.
  • Craft intuitive solutions for complex process and business problems, through personas, journey maps, sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and final assets for development.
  • Design scalable concepts for multiple applications.
  • Contribute to our design system repository.
  • Work with developers to ship & optimize products people want to use every day.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods to validate and improve your design.
  • Work alongside teams of stakeholders, product managers, engineers, program managers, commercial leaders and UX across the globe.

  • 5+ of experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise software showcased in a portfolio
  • Proficiency with executing the full UX design life cycle - from preliminary research through journey-mapping, persona development, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design with all relevant planning and deliverables
  • Contributing to a design system in an enterprise organization
  • Leading and working independently and can manage stakeholder expectations
  • Balancing work on multiple initiatives from estimating to planning and delivery
  • Strong facilitation skills with hands-on experience in conducting workshops
  • Fluent English (in speaking and writing)
  • Practical understanding of technical limitations, software development process and working in Scrum or LeSS
  • Growth mindset with a desire to continuously develop your skills, mentor less experienced team members and improve internal processes
  • Solid understanding and experience working with design systems
