As a Senior Payments Analyst you'll be responsible for
  • Own the Payments Ecosystem
  • Manage the optimization of our payment ecosystem, currently consisting of a payment orchestrator, multiple payment gateways, as well as a risk management and dispute management solution.
  • Optimization of routing decisions to improve approval rates and costs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging payment technologies to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Develop a Strategy for Approval Rate Optimization
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy to optimize payment approval rates across various geographies and product lines.
  • Liaise with Payment gateways to define optimization potential and execute optimization strategies
  • Implement continuous monitoring and improvement processes to stay ahead of industry trends and changes.
  • Improve approval rates through data analysis
  • Leverage data to inform decision-making, improve approval rates, risk management and enhance the overall efficiency of payment processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering
  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance the payment ecosystem.
  • Drive initiatives to improve user experience, optimize payment methods, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Evaluate and decide on the inclusion of new payment methods in our service.

What will make us choose you?
  • +4 years defining the payment ecosystem to optimize payment acceptance rate, payment cost, conversion rate
  • Solid knowledge of payment architecture - candidate needs to understand merchants, payment orchestrators, payment gateways, and acquiring banks. (+4 years)
  • Ability to prioritize high-value opportunities and develop innovative ways to solve problems in the payments space.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in working in a global payments team.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve payment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of global payment regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
