We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Brand Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be passionate about driving the NeuroNation brand forward through design, finding new ways to meaningfully connect with our existing and prospective users, specifically when they're thinking about improving their cognitive abilities. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic creative team with the goal to drive the brand forward.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will concept, develop, design and iterate creative assets across a range of digital channels that'll be used in our global campaigns. Well-versed in digital, with a discerning eye for brand-defining art direction, you will be adept at working with a copywriting partner to deliver on-brand, innovative work that transforms the brief. As a passionate visual storyteller, you will craft compelling content through design. Your expertise adds accents, giving the brand an authentic voice.

You will be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across the company to understand their creative requirements and you will be able to translate these into exceptional, pixel-perfect design. Together, we devise innovative strategies to market Synaptikon's products, grow the brand, attract new users, and keep existing ones excited about our product portfolio.


  • Co-create best-in-class Creative Studio, with stakeholders from across NeuroNation, to drive brand awareness, consideration, and revenue.
  • Elevate and evolve the brand across our channels and in integrated campaigns.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and execution of design from concept to completion, across a broad range of digital touchpoints.
  • Understand the entire customer journey, inclusive of all experiences, and bring informed visual storytelling to every touchpoint
  • Competency in testing methodologies and understands how to interpret research results to improve results.
  • Help set, evolve and maintain our brand guidelines and toolkits taking into account best-in-class practices.


  • A strong portfolio demonstrating impeccable craft and art direction
  • Strategic, systematic design thinking
  • Well-honed concepting and collaboration skills, with the confidence to bring ideas to the table
  • A desire to push beyond the status quo to deliver best-in-class creative work
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally a mix of agency and in-house roles
  • Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, as well as familiarity with Slack and Jira.
  • Skilled in visual layout and a keen eye for typography and color selection.
  • A keen understanding of how to apply brand visuals across a variety of digital channels.
  • Detail oriented - you work pixel perfect but balanced with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture in your design work.
  • Skills in iconography/illustration, basic motion design are a plus
