THE ROLE

Off White™️ is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Brand Consultant for our beauty segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of beauty market trends, a strong innovative spirit, and the ability to drive marketing campaigns that reflect the essence of our brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Elaboration of the trade marketing plan, in coordination with the fashion team, build and define activities that will support distributors and wholesalers plans;
  • Training – build and support the partners with training tools
  • Communication coordination – follow and brief the fashion teams on all related topics: PR, Content creation, events, fashion show
  • Beauty Ambassador coordination with Isamaya Ffrench
  • Logistic coordination – Marketing stock management and organization with the logistics team of all the beauty marketing delivery
  • Product marketing strategy – development with the Beauty unit of the strategy of the category
  • Visual Merchandising: in coordination with the group VM team, build and define the in-store experience, supporting the distributors and wholesalers plans.
  • Content coordination, under the review of the content team, brief and coordination of all content beauty material (adaptation of the toolkit, specs for partner)

WHO YOU ARE
  • 5+ years' experience in a 360 Marketing role, past Beauty expertise preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's is a plus)
  • Highly organizational skills, proven record of cross-functional project management experience is a must
  • Great eye for detail and the ability to work proactively and multi-task under tight timeframes
  • Experience working with international markets and geographies (experience with US market is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Fluent in English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
