Digital Insights & Analytics Manager

Sales, Marketing and Communications

Full-Time Position

We are looking for a Digital Insights & Analytics Manager to join the circus! This position will oversee the Resident Shows Division (RSD) digital team’s data analysis to provide insights and recommendations in executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with company-wide objectives and leverages emerging technologies and digital advertising best practices.  

 

The Digital Insights & Analytics Manager will have the opportunity to:  

·       Perform high-level data analysis of all paid digital campaigns to promote the RSD locally, nationally, and internationally as directed, for the shows Mystère, “O”, Michael Jackson ONE, KÀ, The Beatles LOVE, Drawn to Life, Mad Apple, and Blue Man Group, as well as future RSD shows as they are developed. 

·       Collaborate with International Headquarters (IHQ) team acting as RSD’s Strategist to support and execute Customer Data Platform (CDP)use cases and audience segmentations.  

·       Analyze and provide recommendations in shifting budget allocations based on Market Mix Modeling findings. 

·       Oversee strategy and lead implementation of programmatic and Online Travel Agency (OTAs) vendors, ensuring effective results to drive traffic and revenue. 

·       Provide leadership to Digital Insights Analyst and Digital Media Analyst in utilizing the CDP, implementing pixels and floodlight tags, creating dashboards, reporting monthly Qualtrics survey results, and creating reports to showcase data in an easy-to-understand manner among internal teams and external partners. 

·       Lead the implementation of transitioning RSD from Google Analytics 360 to GA4 and ensuring all historical data and tracking is accurate. 

·       Collaborate with IHQ web and analytics teams to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) results to increase organic traffic to company website and show pages. 

·       Oversee the implementation of the Conversion API with partners and vendors to provide revenue data after cookie deprecationis enacted.  

·       Generate innovative ideas on Cirque du Soleil’s current and future digital platforms to create marketing experiences that defy convention and shift from a digital service approach to a revenue growth strategy. 

·       Report key business metrics, insights and recommended optimizations to senior leadership, internal team members, and external partnersin a succinct and clear manner. 

·       Contribute to competitive analyses within the Marketing, Sales and Revenue teams to identify emerging trends in show market landscapes and customer preferences.  

·       Stay up to date on the latest trends and changes in the digital advertising landscape. 

·       Complete other job-related duties as assigned. 

  

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:  

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science or other related field; 

·       At least 4+ years of experience indata analysis, digital transformation, or related roles,preferably in the entertainment industry; 

·       Extensive expertise in Google Analytics and strong data analysis skills. Experience with other data analytics and visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus; 

·       Experience in leading team members or supervising direct reports is preferred; 

·       Knowledge of paid digital best practices and optimization capabilities; 

·       Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task;  

·       Strong communication abilitieswith a creative and self-starter mindset;  

·       Resides in Las Vegas, or willing to relocate within 60 days of hire; 

·       Ability to travel as required; 

·       Fluent in English, both spoken and written; 

·       Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization;
