Sr. Software Implementation Specialist - Treasury

We seek a Senior Solution Architect with a Financial Accounting and/or Treasury focus to join our highly skilled team. Our Professional Services Teams work closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement valuable solutions for our customers.

 

As a Treasury Solution Architect, you will enable customers and partners to design, integrate and evaluate complex solutions using Coupa Software in Finance & Treasury.

What you will do:

• Helping customers focus on their goals and drive implementation towards a successful delivery by providing functional expertise to customers and continually driving them toward their strategic objective and implementation success through engaging them in enlightening business need discussions vs. their feature / functional need basics
• Follow Coupa methodology and adapt to meet each customer’s unique needs
• Maximise project quality by identifying risks that impact project scope, timing, or cost and communicate internally and externally with a strong bias for action
• Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert for Coupa Treasury, with recognized knowledge and experience and sharing relevant experience with partners and colleagues
• Create and/or improve implementation processes, templates, training and presentations and developing Treasury best practices on existing processes and Coupa Treasury functionalities within your areas of expertise and be a champion for their adoption

What you will bring to Coupa:

• Proven experience in Finance, Treasury and/or Accounting, either internally in a finance, procurement or supply chain organization or externally with a consulting firm or service/software provider.  Previous bank payment experience with large companies would be an advantage
• An understanding of Finance processes in the areas of Treasury and/or Financial Accounting, ideally with involvement in transformation initiatives.  Knowledge of any Treasury Management System would be an advantage.
• Experience presenting to customers along with building strong relationships and being able to work with customers and partners to execute an implementation plan towards a rapid, successful go- live
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with proven analytical thinking along with being comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Ability to work in a team environment and share best practices regularly
