What You’ll Do:
  • Lead Project Meetings: Facilitate kick-offs, design sessions, and weekly status updates to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Implement Services: Be the expert guiding clients from contract execution to program setup, configuration, Go Live, and production.
  • Coordinate Approvals: Work with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to review communication materials and get the green light.
  • Collaborate on Production Plans: Team up with internal leadership to build plans that meet client objectives.
  • Solve Problems: Identify root causes and corrective actions to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Respond to Escalations: Tackle client issues and complaints directly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Share insights, ideas, and challenges internally to improve client service.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Your ultimate goal is happy clients.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Account Management: At least 3 years of strong experience in managing client accounts.
  • Healthcare Know-How: Familiarity with HIPAA, HEDIS, NCQA, and Risk Adjustment.
  • Team-Oriented: Thrive as an individual contributor and collaborator.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience with production plans and goal setting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to grasp client needs and build appropriate solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Craft business reviews and present to both internal and external teams.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to integrate and analyze data for client insights.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience in home health or value-based care.
  • Prior startup experience.
Compensation:
  • $85k - $100K
